Brasileira Bijux is an online boutique, featuring pieces from Brazil, that strives for exclusivity and uniqueness.
As all our products are handmade and shipped upon request, all sales are final. As all the pieces are exclusive if you see any piece that you like it email us and we will let you know if we have it in stock. If you live in NYC and would like to make an appointment to see our work, please feel free to email us!!!
Therefore if your product arrives at its final destination with any defects, you have five (5) business days to let us know, so we can fix it for you or send you a replacement piece. Shipment is straight from Brazil to your final destination, so please allow 10 to 15 business days for your merchandise to arrive to its destination.
If you see a piece you like, but would prefer a different color, shape, or material to be used, please advise us. We are happy to make changes as per your requests in order for you to have the jewelry that fits your personal needs and tastes. Some of our pieces are very delicate, so please be careful and DO NOT drop your earring, they are fragil.
Also, if you have any allergies to certain types of metal, fabric, or other common materials used in the production of jewelry, please let us know so that we may take this into consideration when crafting your order. We are NOT responsible for injuries due to misuse of our jewelry.
